Grant manages the response process to customer questions while ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and customer advocacy. Grant and his department work directly with customers, partners, and OEMs in providing deployment assistance, addressing technical issues, and submitting feature requests.
Grant attended Furman University where he met his wife. He’s a delighted father of two, an avid bibliophile, a podcaster, an afficionado of tabletop roleplaying games, and a dabbler in all sorts of other hobbies. Grant attended Furman University.
