With a 30-year background in enterprise systems and software development, David applies experience in large systems, identity management, data management, and information workflow. Working consistently with Analysts such as Gartner, David is a recognized innovator and thought leader in identity-based unstructured data management, data access governance, and access technology.
A serial entrepreneur, David also co-founded Omnibond Systems as a developer of software focused on Identity Management, and previous to that founded a computer services company focused on contract software development as well as networking installation and management. David also led award-winning in-house and commercial software research and development efforts at Clemson University and also led the Server Management and Directory Services teams supporting over 30,000 users at Clemson.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clemson University. As a life-long learner, David has enjoyed hundreds of software development, business, and personal-growth books. He has a history of enjoying traveling and spending time with his wife Mary and three grown daughters. David is an avid Clemson football fan, motocross fan, foodie, and unabashed wine snob.
