We provide technical assistance with Novell and Microsoft licensed products, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (E.S.T.) We will respond within four hours of a call placed by the customer.
GSI has been successful in supplying qualified technicians for its customers for both long- and short- term projects. The lease term can range from a single week to a multiple-year contract.
With the complex nature of information technology, the cost to recruit and retain quality staff is often very difficult to do. GSI can provide you with that staff! We are responsible for maintaining the technical expertise of the leased technician, as well as, the overhead associated with an employee (insurances, training, paychecks, etc.).
IT Health Check
GSI conducts IT Health Checks to provide an assessment tool that your company can use for determining the state of good practices and control over your infrastructure and equipment. The Health Check is broken down into distinct areas: Planning & Organization, Applications Management, Delivery Management, Services Management and Hardware Management. Through this service, you may choose to have all five areas audited or just one or two. Although we believe an overall checkup is most beneficial in fact finding, the choice is yours.
