File Management 360°™

File Management 360°™ is a suite of network file management products designed to simplify user and group network file management tasks through directory services enacted automation. Microsoft Active Directory identity-based applications comprising File Management 360° report the data you are storing, provide the means to automate its management, and continually update your Active Directory groups. When compared to performing these management tasks manually, File Management 360° can save significant time and money in just a short period of time.

File Management 360° includes the following technologies:

• File Reporting: (Coming soon) Reports on your network file names, sizes, locations, and provides you information such as when files were last accessed and modified. Additionally, you can get reports on the location of duplicate versions of files, the network shares with the most and least amount of files, and more.The network reporting technology in File Management 360° can also provide trend analysis on growth and even project when a network share will reach capacity, and warn youwhen a server or share is reaching a set capacity level.
• File Management: Automates the full lifecycle management of user and group home folders. From provisioning a home folder automatically once a new user is added in Active Directory, to the eventual archiving or disposal of the home folder and its contents once the user is removed from Active Directory, our policy-based file management technology can save thousands of hours annually in manual management tasks.
• Group Management: Automates group membership management in real-time. Through Active Directory enacted policies, users are automatically added to or deleted from security or distribution groups according to the rules of a group-specific policy. Once a policy has been created and defined for a group, you never need to manually add a user to or remove a user from the group.
• Personal Reporting: (Coming soon) Similar to our network file reporting technology, File Management 360° also includes a personal file reporter that generates reports pertaining to files located on a workstation and in the user’s network home folder.
